a. Was the initial research and experimentation conducted in accordance with generally accepted scientific form and principals?
b. Did the research yield statistically significant results? c. Was the supporting data scrutinized via peer reviewed journals and did the related article receive positive commentary, etc.?
II. Does the innovator’s company, corporation, etc. absolutely own the rights to the subject technology?
a. Is it possible other persons, businesses, academic institutions or other entities hold claims or potential claim of ownership to the subject technology?
